PERINATAL THERAPY IN PICTURESQUE SETTINGS

GET TO KNOW ERIN

As a mum of three children,

Erin Condran understands just how challenging both pregnancy and the postnatal period can be. She can relate to both the intense anxiety and fluctuating moods of pregnancy, and difficulties of parenthood that come with the ever changing developmental needs of small babies.

Whether you're experiencing stress, have limited supports or are feeling the pressure to be the perfect parent that today's society dictates we should be, it can place enormous pressure on our experience of early parenthood.

An experienced clinician,

Erin has practiced as a psychologist in the Illawarra for the past 8 years and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Extensive counselling and psychometric assessment experience in roles across areas including perinatal services, suicide prevention, school settings and grief and loss allows her to apply a broad range of skills when working with clients.

While no two paths are the same, therapeutically, Erin works within frameworks of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her experience also allows her to incorporate techniques of Schema Therapy, Mindfulness and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
